  • Troubleshooting hardware issues, PC, desktops, laptops, Routers, servers, and phone systems.

Software

  • Troubleshooting software issues/data recovery, Word, Excel, Power Point, SQL Server 2005, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Visual Studio, Windows and Linux Servers. In depth knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.  Experience working in a virtual server environment.  Basic knowledge of Apple OS.

Networking

  • Troubleshooting, Setup, and programming of small or large networks, Cisco training, CCNA 1, 2, 3&4, Windows and Linux Servers.
